dera doctor plz suggest me how to clean tooth and tongue of my 10month old baby.

you can use silicon finger toothbrush to clean your kids teeth and tongue surface.
later after eruption process of few more teeth start brushing with kids toothbrush two times a day

Kiddodent toothpaste you can use an oral B junior toothbrush you can use that is going to be good to clean the teeth and mouth of your child and if you’re still looking for a separate tongue cleaner then you can buy a silicon tongue cleaner from any good chemist store under any good brand
