ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi,dengue is a viral infection in early stages which is associated with high grade fever,refusal to feed, decreased activity,vomiting, irritability.later stage it can be associated with lethargy,poor cry,risk of bleeding.kindly visit your pediatrician and get your baby checked asap

SandhyaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi, The first symptom is high grade fever with chills. Loss of appetite, sometimes vomitings, platelets count decreases but that you will get know from blood test. If you have doubt about it consult your doctor immediately.
