Dear Sir, what should be the diet for gluten allergic child in these days?

A. Stay away from barley, wheat and rye. Stay away from bread, pizza, pasta, and other baked goods. The kid can have chicken, fish, fruits and non starchy vegetables. Eat a lot of pulses, meat, and vegetables. Avoid rotis. Include potato flour, rice flour, oats, soy flour in your kid's diet.
