as it needs physical examination of child,I would advise you to consult your pediatrician and must follow his or her advice for this.

hydrocele in babies usually go away on their own by the time a child is one or two years old.
but if the hydrocele doesn't go away or if it happens with another condition like hernia , surgery may be needed.
