Dear Sir, This is Madhan from Warangal, Can u please suggest some energy regular energy suppliments for my kid, age of 3 Years. He is not in interst to take any type fruits or dry fruits etc.

A. hi no need of extra supplements , your child is too young. just give homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your child well hydrated.
