Dear sir, my son 3yr old boy having cold and light cough. He has been getting fever at night times only. He has also having transils at stage II. Now giving Augmentin duo syrup 5 ml twice. last month also he effected to the same. please advise the back up reason and what we have to do to avoid this transils problem in future permenatly.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having tonsillitis and mild cough so give him proper antibiotic and avoid cold things and observe good oral hygiene
