Dear Sir, My son 3 months old completed, he was always keeping his fingers in the mouth, after feeding also he is keeping fingers in mouth only. we are thinking that mother milk is not sufficient for him, please suggest me how it overcome.

A. Early infants do not have proper neuromuscular control of tongue and buccal muscle moments resulting excessive salivation follow by drooling. In this stage of development baby started recognising own body parts by putting in mouth. It doesn't need any medication.
