Dear Sir my baby is 56 days old having cough and cold, I am giving nasclear to my baby, but still cough and cold is there. kindly suggest further. my Baby is pre term weight is 2kg 10gm. kindly suggest what to give for weight gain. Thanks and regards

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of 2 children3 years agoA. justbsteam fo ethw age .Cold and running nose may be due to season variation so you can give a steam for this and also can give asthakind for the cough if it is there otherwise it takes around 5 days to be normal . no need to worry for this .
