Dear sir/madam my daughter is 2 years old ,for the past 3 weeks she is doing motion almost 4 to 5 times a day. sometimes immediately after taking food. Baby is active. could you please suggest/advise. Thanks.

A. that is also known as gastrocolic reflex which is a normal phenomena with the consistency is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency of the stool
