Dear sir/madam I’m a mother of 1 year 4 month old baby girl , so I’m planning to stop breastfeeding. Can you suggest me or guide me how to stop..?

A. Namaste Mom It is best to stop one feed at a time as such were in be firm in your decision and avoid giving in to their demands as tantrums as its a difficult phase for them and the you as well. replace it with regular food or even animal milk

A. Whenever you decide to stop breastfeeding it’s very important that you should first introduce a complimentary feeding to the child and get your child used to having that feeding over your feeding so slowly once you increase feeding on your feeding gradually your body will also stop making milk
