dear sir/madam I am a mother of 9 month old boy my question is that my son was suffering from fever from few days.hes improved now but his peeing only 3-4 times a day from 2-3 days after fever and he sweats a lot.

Seems like a lot of water is generally coming out into the sweat of your child and also the liquid intake of the child or eating changes during the time of fever so probably that could be the reason behind less so join in increase the intake of liquid for the child
