Dear sir/madam Bishnu is my son who has had 101-F fever from the last 2 days, he is active with no symptoms just having high temperature

A. It can be simply viral fever. You used to need to keep him while hydrated and give proper prescribed medication like paracetamol every six hours if there is a rise and temperature and keep and well hydrated

A. give paracetamol every 6-8 hours to break the fever chain.. it should settle within 3 days .. if not then need to see a doctor

A. If the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of 72 hours despite of continuous medication that you already given then consult with your doctor because then it would not be a normal fever the temperature is still okay 101°F is considered as a normal temperature not high temperature
