dear sir, can i give jaggery with milk to my 4 year old???

A. yes, can add jaggery in milk. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

Hi mommy mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
