Dear Pediatrician, My son Kiyansh is almost 6 years old and near lips his skin looks very dry and itchy, which is a little hurtful , please see the attached picture and let me know which cream or ointment should be used to cure it.

As of now you can apply Boroline antiseptic cream sometimes due to dry as a little bit of rash like this can come otherwise you can try applying ATOGLA that is also very good option so either of the two you can apply regularly this should help in reducing it down
