Dear Parents and Experts, Offlate we noticed that out daughter has red marks and dots on hand & legs. Is it a mosquito bite, any infection or allergy. Same red mark is on back also(below shoulder), if it is a mosquito bite, wonder how did it happen on covered body part. Seeking ur advice and suggestions. Regards
