A. You will be undergoing lots of hormonal changes and because of that you might be feeling weak and it is advisable that you take high-protein diet eventually will get back to normalWrite Your Answer Here

A. U Yes I have to have all the important supplement like multivitamin calcium and iron for six months after your delivery also if you had a normal delivery then initially alright after your delivery you should start doing your exercises to tighten up your vaginal muscles and even if you had a C-section delivery you should do that and after that you can start with a basic workout like if you were a normal delivery then after 2 to 3 months of your delivery you can go for basic workout like yoga
