Q.

Dear Mom's, My kid is 2 months 23 days old and I feed her both with BM and FM ( I'm on a good diet and take galact powder too) my daughter empty my breast completely even after that I feel some pain like pulling in the sides. is this is normal or is there anything to worry?

A. I m sorry if u have misunderstood my question. question is related to me and not to the baby. I feel some some pain like pulling in breast. is this is normal

A. Hi mom Give adequate feeding Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated to increase milk supply
