You have to improve your diet and eat a balanced diet include roti sabzi dal chawal abd salad in your diet abd sprouts should be eaten and start taking mama protein rich daily in milk twice a day and drink plenty of liquids as weight is the baby is on lower side and consult your gynaecologist
