Dear Dr. very good morning. My girl child is 2 years and 6 months old and she has a small pin hole type in her 4 molar teeth on the lower jaw what is it. actually she is taking milk at night in a feeding bottle and also early in morning so do I follow any strict no and yes to something please suggest. thank you in advance.

A. Dear parent, bottle feeding esecially during night can definitely lead to cavity formation. It has to be stopped. Once a cavity is there, it has to treated either by filling or rct depending on the depth of cavity. Proper oral hygiene measures are important to prevent further cavity formation
