Give timely feeding 3 meals and 2 snacks so that Baby will have hunger at that timing, observe baby taste prefence mostly they like to have on own so finger foods, easily pickable foods like fruits pieces, ladoo, Barfi,makhana,poha, steamed veggies as finger foods are good option for snacks ..
Meanwhile include high protein , calcium foods dals, paneer,egg,meat along with rice,roti in lunch, dinner...
