Dear Dr.... I m worried about my baby... my baby weight is 2.60 kg and when she born weight is 2.50 kg. why my baby not gain weight in 1 month 3 days. and after birth Dr advice not to massage the baby in 15 days. I massage the baby before 15 days

well usually it is ok for newborns to shed their weight after few days of birth .
ideally babies gain 250 to 500g per month.
but as your child is gaining weight slowly please check if he or she is getting enough milk or not.
offer plenty of breastfeeds.
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
