infact you should take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day regularly for good immunity.
growing kids and pregnant and lactating mothers need more supplements

Yes Of course you can take both the things both the things are completely healthy and safe to be taken during even at the time of pregnancy even when you are breastfeeding the child so it is not an issue you can continue with them for as long as you want to
