Dear doctor when till my babies 3 months she used to cry for milk every 2 hours now she has just entered 4th month and not atall cryin for milk we are confused when to feed her if she is hungry or not plz suggest when should I feed her and for how much intervel of time

A. Dear parent, the feeding pattern of babies vary from time to time. It is fine if your baby is not demanding milk every 2 hours. You should feed wherever your baby demands. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.

A. ar the day time maintain gap of two hrs and in the night time it may be around 5-6 hrs it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months after six months you can start with solids for baby
