dear doctor saheb, our 11 month 24 days baby boy got fever 3 days back it raised to 104 F. thn came down we went to a child specialist. he adviced paracetemol 6 hourly and antibiotic. twice daily. his fever comed down to 97 but in night time at about 1 am it again rises to 101. doctor adviced paracetemol sos he advices tests cbc and urine his HB is 8 gm urine has infection

A. i'm sory doctor l.forgot to mention it his infection shows 0..1 leucocytew 7..8 rbcs Thts the issue is it a serious problem

A. Hi dear It might be due to urine infection. Keep baby hydrated. Give juices soups. Fruits like apple banana chicko papaya avocado little mango veggies like carrot Potato beetroot brocoli all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet so baby wont have constipation problems.

He got a fever 99 F in the evening and After giving Crocin 1.1 ml. fever came down. but again at 12 am Fever reaches to 102F and I again gave 1.1 ml of crocin but this time fever not came down. then at 6.30 morning I again have 1.1 ml crocin with MetfalP 3 ml and after this fever came down at 10 am. but again fever raised to 101 at 1 pm. After this I am giving crocin 1.5 ml every 4 to 5 hours as prescribed by pediatrician. but every time fever takes 3 hours to come down and within one hour again raised to 99 or 100. What to do? today is second day of fever.
