dear doctor plz help urgently my 15 month daughter is passing bright yellow coloured loose stool 2 to 3 times in a day which is very smelly and runny. please help and guide for any medicine I am attaching the photograph of her poop thank you for your help

A. this may be due to any infection or viral fever due to seasonal variation therefore we have to avoid milk and give more o r s to baby along with probiotic like enterogermina
