Dear Doctor please suggest a nutritious food chart for my little Angel. She had completed 3 year and 2 month old and 11 kg of weight.

Madam there is no specific diet chart that I would recommend you to go ahead with but yes you should give each and every thing to the child whatever your traditional making at home the most important food is that you should include good amount of proteins into your child’s daily diet for the mood I would definitely advise you to please check with your doctor as well
