dear doctor my son is suffering from fever last two days back...we went to doctor yesterday.p-250 syrup is using

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours xfagain if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Ok Continue with this medicine if the fever does not subside even after 72 hours then you should consult your doctor once again for some another medication or maybe a better antibiotic or something and go ahead with further investigation as it could be a viral infection as well
