Dear doctor my son having 11 months old , he is suffering with throat infection un able to eat or drink (observed pimples in throat) . kindly suggest me good medication

As With the symptoms that you mention it’s better that you consult your doctor because it is a throat infection a doctor can only advise you correctly with the kind of medicines that you should be giving probably a course of antibiotics would be required for this so please consult your doctor
