Dear Doctor my son 4 yr 6 months going loose motions since morning 3 times and he is not eating food and he is little bit weak pls suggest me the good medicine π

you can give oral rehydration solution ORS to baby
keep baby well hydrated as coconut water butter milk lassi...curd .. khichdi.. apple banana..poha upma
if persists follow the doctor
