dear doctor, my daughter is suffereing from cold cough and fever can i give Brugesic p (lbuprofen & Paracetamol suspension 60ml) ... earlier i have given paracetamol prediatric oral suspension ip 60 ml but the fever haven't reduced

A. You can give paracetamol to the child and apply vicks baby rub on chest back and sole of the feet and out nasoclear nasal drops and keep head little elevated while sleeping and give indirect steam with the help of vaporizer
