dear doctor my daughter is one year 7 months old from tomorrow . plz suggest me any diet for her to make her grow tall

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. to increase baby height baby should have protein as eggs chicken fish soya beans pulses dals, cereals, whole grains milk and dairy products... as curd paneer.. involve in stretching exercise as touching the feet keeping legs upright in sitting position or standing position.. some hanging exercise..
