Dear Doctor My daughter is 7 year old and she is attending online classes. She usually sit more than two and a half hour in-front of laptop. Also sometime she uses phone also. Hence I am planing to buy antiglare glasses for her. Before that I would like to know whether kids can wait antiglare glasses or not?. Please note that she doesn’t have any eye problems. Kindly answer . Thank you Radhika

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. screen time usually causes dryness in the eye of the kids so you have to make sure that the screen time is not extended you can give short breaks in between and ask the child to have lots of water and splashing the water on the eyes
