Dear doctor my baby weight while birth was 2.100kg after 45 days now he gain to 3.400 kg is that perfect or not please give us breakups

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, a weight gain of 1.3 kg in 45 days is a normal weight gain, do not worry. for healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
