A. can be due to some kind of deficiency. consult with doctor once to know the exact reason. also give a healthy and nutritional diet and do oiling on regular basis with a good hair oil. I am using mamaearth nourishing hair oil made up of natural ingredients like almonds and avocado. non sticky with a mild ffragrance. keeps hair strong and soft and silky with a nourished scalp.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s diet. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Good luck and take care.
