Dear doctor , my 6 month old baby is having fever since today morning. His 2 year old brother is suffering from the same symptoms since yesterday and doctor advised to start Syp. Azee 200 mg 4ml OD * 5 days. Syp. Dolo 250 mg 4 ml Sos. can I give same medication to my 6 month old baby. his weight is 8 kg. ( I have done a rapid test antigen for myself and it was weekly positive)

A. please give only paracetamol to small babies Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
