Dear Doctor mere Baby ko 31st ko Vaccination laga hai aur usey sirf usi din fever tha to Maine usey paracetamol diya. lakin ab usey fever ni to kya tb v Medicine dena hoga

Iske bare mein adhik jankari ke liye Apne doctor se sampark kijiye jo aapko bataenge ki is bare mein aur kuchh karne ki jarurat hai ki nahin.
