Dear doctor, May i know about the umbilical granuloma? will it re occur to my baby boy?

A. But we have seen a doctor, he used copper sulphate to dry it, after 3 days we need to visit the doctor. Baby is 52 days old. If not it's dry, it ll be a problem like that doctor tod us

A. An umbilical granuloma is a moist, red lump of tissue that can form on a baby's nave . It can be seen in the first few weeks of life, after the umbilical cord has dried and fallen off. It's usually a minor problem that looks worse than it is. An umbilical granuloma does not cause pain.
