Dear Doctor, Last 3days my son is suffering from fever and now almost all right but from yesterday morning started Loos motion and still not controlled..also while passing urine and motion he is crying to much. I have attached prescription...in that zinc supliment syrup I have given just now only... yesterday I have not given.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. , your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having loose motions so he has a fever and he has hot burning pee so he is having a dehydration so give him ORS and frequent breast feeding
