Q.

Dear doctor I have one year baby boy. Till now I have pain on backbone , mainly in night . after delivery doctor suggested calcium tablet. Should I continue this or not ?

A. hi mom if u r doing breast feeding then you can take calcium but to get rid of back pain u should start exercising to strengthen your abdominal and back muscle
