dear doctor good morning yesterday I went to hospital for chest pain. they preferred scan. after scanning report they identify 10-11 mm stones in gallbladder. they suggest surgary. please doctor give precautions with out surgery.

A. if you are having pain then it is advisable to go for surgery because many times the stones can go away from the gallbladder and can lodge in the bile duct leading to complications so better to to avoid waiting and get the stones removed as early as possible
