Dear doctor, good morning, I had attached my boy's blood report and the consulting doctor told me as it's normal.but my boy got a fever last night. Is it required to check another consultant or not. can you suggest

hb level is low
and such health issue is caused by iron deficiency.
please give spinach ,betroot , dates ,rasins ,fig etc more
give citrus fruits more which increase absorbption of iron
