Dear doctor, From last one and half week, we are observing red bubbles on body skin after massage with oil. Look like allergy from oil massage. Initially, we were using baby oil for massage. then due to this, we were switched over to virgin coconut oil. but still red bubble comes and vanish after one hour. please find the Pic of red bubbles on skin after massage. Actually we suppose to show skin doctor but due to covid cases increased in bengalore.. we thought not to go hospital. kindly advise n suggest...

A. your baby is having definitely allergic urticarial rashes to pinpoint alergin is not easy better stop giving body massage oils for a few days in the baby apply calamine lotion give atarax 1ml 2 times a day

A. Hello parent, Anaphylactic reactions to coconut and coconut oil are very rare. Contact reactions are also called contact dermatitis. They usually result in more mild symptoms, such as a skin rash or blistering on the skin.Stop massage with coconut oil immediately.
