Q.

Dear All, What is the normal urine output for 6 month baby in 24 hrs. I see from last 2 - 3 days he is passing urine only 5-6 times, however it was more some days before we have started giving water as well. thanks

A. You don’t need to count baby urine output in 6 months of age.it doesn’t indicate anything. Only make sure baby is hydrated and active.Offer water and food as much he or she is willing to have . It would be better if you don’t force it.

A. if your child is 6 months old know the child should do urine every two or three hourly so in a day the child may do urine 8 to 12 times in a day

A. it's totally normal it is because of summer season don't worry try to keep your baby well hydrated and urine count your baby is doing is normal.so there is nothing to worry you can give coconut water to your baby also keep him well hydrated
