πΆπ daughter of 16 years old has some white marks on her nails...she has constipation too...what is reason for white marks?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. white spots on the nail most commonly occurs due to trauma on the nails. very rarely it might be associated with nutritional deficiency and most commonly iron deficiency. no treatment is required and gradually the white spots will disappear it is common

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Constipation means Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective. For nails check with your doctor and follow their advise
