Dark red spots visible in the stool of my 4 months old baby girl after giving her iron drop. Is it normal?

A. hi yes it is seen occasionally after giving iron drops. if your baby is active and taking feeds well then no need to worry about it. all the very best.

A. It could be related to cow milk allergy and it happens when baby is on exclusive breastfeeding. Mothers should avoid consuming dairy products.
