A. Hello, your baby boy is 19 months old and he is having a cough and running nose so give him syrup sinarest af 2.5 ml three times a day and saline nasal drops twice a day

A. baby is 19 month Cough give ambrolite and ambroxol as prescribed by your doctor give saline nasal drops and steam with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather keep a track on urine output maintain
