cows milk are best for kids ?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. yes you can give full cream milk for weight gain Cows milk or buffalo s milk can be given from 1 year of age till then it's advisable to get ve breast milk or formula feed you can also add sugar or dry fruit powder in the milk after 1 year

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,as a child is 3 year old ,it is best I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk. it is safe and easily digestible. but as it is new food , give it in small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
