Cow’s milk is better or Buffalo for my baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. for ur 8 month old avoid both. it is best not to give your baby cow, buffalo , goat milk or any kind of milk until they are at least one year old
breastmilk or formula is the best thing for your baby, and ensure they get the right balance of nutrients.

While both types of milk are beneficial, cow milk is better suited for children as it is easier to digest, has high water content and low amount of protein as compared to buffalo milk. till one year you should give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
