Q.
could u pls suggest me any formula milk mam....am not have breast milk mam....my baby is crying for milk at night tym also.....he is not sleeping at night time because of not getting enough milk....am getting worry too ...and not get any solution😒...pls could u suggest me any formula milk...he is now going to complete 5 mnths mam....

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Milk is very important for babies specially in the initial days of life breast milk is very important and should be given exclusively till 5-6 months of age .
formula milk should be given only as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2 from 6 months to 12 mfonths and thereafter stage 3 .
after one year cows milk should be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk shoduld be used only after the completion of two years of age .

Squeeze your nipple frequently
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops
