Neha SharmaMom of a 11 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello,there is nothing wrong in it,you can give cerelac to your baby but my advice is you need to keep your baby hydrated and also give more home remedies to cure cough in baby and avoid giving oily,fried and spicy foods to your baby .
